CHRONOLOGY OF ABUSE OF ADITYA CHANDRAN

| 1. Vijayasree Voora had meticulously planned for illegal kidnapping of Aditya (See Chronological Events below) 2. She moved Aditya from place to place to avoid tracing. Past 18 months she subjected to Aditya to live in seedy hotels which she changed often. 3. She did not’t admit him to any school for a period of more than 18 months preventing him having social contacts, schooling, or any stability in his life. All Aditya knows is cruelty from his mother. 4. She had deprived Aditya of love and attention from his father, and also from all members of family from either side. 5. Aditya was treated to mediocre schooling or no schooling, despicable apartment life, nomadic existence, and being moved all over INDIA with his fugitive mother. 6. Vijayasree Voora, with her reckless behavior due to severe mental illness is endangering the welfare of a child, with contempt of court orders, continues to abuse Aditya by holding him hostage. |
Chronological Events
July 1, 2002 Aditya Chandran was born (Exhibit 1).
April 18, 2005 Consent Custody Order was issued by NY court detailing parental responsibilities of the father and Ms. Voora
regarding Aditya’s growth and development. (Exhibit 2)
August 8, 2006 Father filed for sole legal and physical custody of Aditya due to numerous violations by Ms. Voora of the earlier custody
order. (Exhibit 3).
July 20, 2007 Consent order was issued by NY court providing primary custody of Aditya to his father, and allowing Ms. Voora to take
Aditya to India, with the stipulation that she must bring him back to USA on August 3, 2007 (Exhibit 4).
June 28, 2007 Vijayasree and her mother (Mrs. Sarala Kumari Voora) transported Aditya to India (which later became international
kidnapping of the child)
Aug 3, 2007 Artha refused to bring Aditya back to USA and prevented him talking to his father, and completely cut of all communication
between Aditya and his father and entire father’s family members. There is no indication that Aditya has been ever been admitted to any
school anywhere in India.
Sept 16, 2007 New York Court appointed psychologist Dr. Elizabeth Critz Schockmel declares that Vijayasree is severely mentally ill, and
required immediate psychotherapy and/or pharmacotherapy. (Exhibit 5) as continuation of her June 2007 report. It is important to mention
that earlier Vijayasree voluntarily paid for this report (Exhibit 6) while the court ordered the father to pay for this report.
Sept 18, 2007 NY Court issued orders providing sole legal and physical custody of Aditya to father, (Exhibit 7). Also this order terminates
all parental rights of Vijayasree towards Aditya.
Oct 2007 Vijayasree absconds with Aditya into Northern India, particularly to New Delhi (as per her transactions noted in her Bank
statement for the period between Sept 2007 to Feb 2008, Table 1 below).
Also she completely cuts off all communications with her parents, and relatives. Aditya is now totally isolated from all family members from
either side. Also, it is clear that Aditya is not attending any school anywhere.
Oct 30, 2007 In a letter to the Chennai Commissioner of Police, and to the West Mambalam Women’s police station, Mr. Sriman
Narayana Voora (Father of Vijayasree) files affidavits that he or his family members have no contacts with Vijayasree, and has not heard
from her since October 2007 (Exhibit 8). This proves that Vijayasree Voora's motive to isolate Aditya Chandran from all family members
from either side of his parentage is total and absolute.
Sep 2007 – Feb 2008:
Vijayasree Voora systematically draws funds from her bank account in the form of cash or gold to prevent investigation of her whereabouts
in the future with a view to isolate Aditya from all members of the family from either side. Refer to Table 1 below:

Nov 15, 2007 Madras High Court dismisses the custody petition filed by Vijayasree Voora (Exhibit 9).
Now She has no custody rights for Aditya either from USA or India. She is a confirmed kidnapper of Aditya with all her parental rights
dismissed.
Nov 20, 2007 In order to hide and prevent tracing of her movements within India, Vijayasree Voora tries to open a safe deposit locker at the
Karol Bagh branch of the bank. This was rejected by the branch manager who suspected her motives. (Exhibit 10).
Dec 6, 2007 Vijayasree Voora was persistent to make the tracks not traceable, and was successful in opening a locker at Rajinder Nagar
branch of the bank, and was allocated a safe deposit box (Exhibit 11). Vijayasree Voora transferred cash and gold into this box and well
positioned herself to untraceable fugitive criminal lifestyle
Dec 10, 2007 Vijayasree signs a lease agreement with Mr. Vinod Ahluwalia, resident of 9A Mohini Road, Dehra Dun and rents a tiny studio
apartment in the same address (Exhibit 12) with no regard for the lifestyle Aditya was enjoying at his father’s custody. So far there no
indication that Aditya is attending any school anywhere.
Dec 12, 2007 Mr. Sriman Narayana Voora (Father of Vijayasree Voora) files an affidavit with the Supreme Court of India stating that he had
lost all communications from his daughter and Aditya since Oct 2007, confirming that Ms. Voora had all along systematically planned to
isolate Aditya from all family members from either side of his parentage (Exhibit 13).
Dec 20, 2007 Vijayasree transports Aditya from Dehra Dun to New Delhi via Moussori Express and stays at a hotel in Delhi (Exhibit 14).
She transports Aditya in cold weather in non climate controlled bogie with no regard for lifestyle Aditya is accustomed.
Jan 1, 2007 Vijayasree vacates the above hotel and declares in the hotel registry that she is going to Chennai. Instead she goes back to
Dehra Dun with Aditya (Exhibit 15). Please note that she only gave Aditya's first name (no last name or her name), with a view to continue to
hide her movements within India. So far there no indication that Aditya is attending any school anywhere.
Jan 7, 2008 New York Court issues non-bail able child abuse arrest warrant for Vijayasree Voora (Exhibit 16).
Jan 20, 2008 Madras High Court orders direction to Chennai Police to locate, recover and secure Aditya and Vijayasree Voora. (Exhibit 17).
Feb 7, 2008 US Department of Homeland Security and US Customs and Border Patrol updates its law enforcement database ensuring
arrest of Vijayasree Voora upon entry into United States (Exhibit 18).
Feb 11, 2008 Ms. Voora Admits Aditya into Sherwood Public School in Dehra Dun. Note that Aditya attends this school only for 12 days
(Exhibit 19), preventing him having any stability in his life, and also subjecting Aditya to conditions that are not consistent with his
upbringing by his father. She had been constantly moving him from place to place, no schooling, and depriving him of love from all family
members, including his father.
In the admissions form, it states that previously Aditya was admitted to Stepping Stone. When investigated at the Stepping Stone School in
Dehra Dun, it was clear he was never admitted there. However, Vijayasree had previously admitted Aditya into another Stepping Stone
school in early 2007 in the USA. Therefore it was clear that Aditya did not’t go to any school for most of 1 year between Jan 2007 and Jan
2008. Abuse of Aditya by Vijayasree Voora by isolating him from all family members from either side, depriving him of his father's love,
moving him from place to place, preventing proper education is total and complete.
March 15, 2008 Suddenly she abandons her studio apartment in Dehra Dun and travels in a rental car towards New Delhi and then
redirecting herself to Agra (Exhibit 20). Aditya is being dragged from country to country, city to city and was forced to accept leading a dogs
life along with his fugitive criminally insane mother.
March 16, 2008 She was last seen at the entrance of Agra Cantonment train station at around 8-830 AM. After this time, Vijayasree is
cleverly trying to cover her tracks. It may seem that Vijayasree has perfected her goal of successfully hiding Aditya from all family members
from either side so that she can continue to abuse Aditya by holding him hostage.
April 28, 2008 Supreme Court of India orders UP and Chandigarh police to locate and secure Aditya Chandran. (Exhibit 21)
