I recently received a letter from a mother who stated that is is OK to raise children without the fathers, and fathers are disposable.
She further said it is OK that Aditya has not attended school for the past 1 year, and Vijayasree is still a good mother.
She also felt that there is no need for Aditya to have a stable life, friends, a routine and structured life. She said she is a mother of two children, and apparently this is the treatment her children are also getting. Naturally I could not put her letter in this blog.
I would like to inform all those mothers, who are agreeing with the the above individual do not come to this website, as it will not be in the best interest of rescuing Aditya from the mentally severely ill abusive mother.
It is clear that bias of vindictive mothers against fathers in general is so intense that raising healthy children under such conditions is not possible, and I conclude my letter with the statement “God bless the children of all mothers including children of those who think fathers are not needed, because it is not the fault of the children that their mothers are so vindictive they really don;t care for their children. Thus fatherless children deserve the blessing of God ever more.”
I received the following comments from a visitor. I would like to advice the visitor, that she should give the benefit of doubt to Vijayasree Voora, since Viji is severely mentally ill. There is no other explanation than mental illness that will drive someone to such reckless behavior. We all pray that Viji gets treatment for her condition soon, and Aditya is safely returned back to his father. God Bless Aditya.

Here is my response to an uninformed mother who believes abuse of Aditya by his mother is OK and she is still a good mother!
You are not a well wisher, typical uninformed mother, highly biased against men, and fathers. You have no idea what a violent brutal abusive person is the mother of Aditya. Poor Aditya is being dragged like a dog all over India. I have made several appeals in my website to have the child returned back to me.
The episodes were numerous as Aditya didn’t want to go back to his mother. I just taped couple of them, not knowing they will come handy several years later. If I were to be with him, there was no need for these tapes to surface.
You have no idea about the mental illness of the mother. You have no idea that this particular mother does not care about Aditya, but only interested in punishing me. Do you know that he has not gone to any school for the past 1 year? And you are vouching that she is a good mother? Apparently your children are also not going to any school? Her crimes against Aditya in the last one year were numerous that there is not enough space or time now.
How can I put your letter in the website, as you seem to think that Aditya not attending any school, not having any stability in his life, no friends, no school, spending time at hotels, no calls to any of her relatives, is OK and she is a good mother. It is OK to move him from place to place every 10 days? Do you do this to your children? If you do, god help your children.
Do you take your children at midnight in India from high crime cities like Agra, etc from bus stands to train stations? Do you drag your children from station to station at night and odd hours? Are you always paranoid and check out of hotels at odd times? Do you force your children to watch TV in hotel rooms day after day? Is that good motherhood? Does you children spend most part of their lives in seedy hotels? Do you make sure they don’t have any permanent friends, routine, etc? Do you think a mother doing so is a good loving mother?
Multiple sessions with the court appointed psychologist revealed her severe mental illness. She was so paranoid that if she didn’t pay for the psychologist report, she will get a bad rap, hence she appealed to the judge to change his order so that she can pay for the report and she did. Her paranoia didn’t help her. Instead the psychologist wrote what was a fact, she needed psychiatric help. For the past 1 year she didn’t allow me to even speak to my dear son. Is that justified? A good mother would think that father is important in her son’s life. A mother who thinks and acts father is not important is a cruel mother to her children. How can you vouch for such behavior? How can you even say that son can be raised without the father? You must read a book recently written, “Fatherless America”. You may be a supporter of raising children without fathers. In such case society will face terrible consequences of raising children without father (by design). I will never deny my son his mother.
I love my son very much. I will never deny him his mother. Even now I have sent a letter of compromise to the mother so that Aditya can be returned back to USA and have equal time with his mother. Did you read that?
You are biased. That is OK. But denying my love for my son, you have no right or even any knowledge. Under such circumstances I can not put your letter in my blog as it is based upon your emotions, and not facts that are glaringly apparent to an unbiased individual. Publishing your letter will not help rescue Aditya under the clutch of a severely and criminally insane mother. Supporting her with letters like yours will increase her cruelty and Aditya will suffer in her hands. I can not allow that.
It would be impossible to get courts in multiple jurisdictions to agree to a man and a father in the event of a custody case. You are very well aware it is impossible for fathers to get custody of child either in USA or India, no matter how much money or influence he has. Extremely rarely American courts issue a non-bail able arrest warrant for the mothers. Did you think why so? This mother has the rare honor of getting such arrest warrant. She is probably only mother of Indian origin to receive this commendation. In India it is almost impossible for courts to issue search warrants for mothers. The highest court ordered it. You may consider them fools, since you don’t believe that mothers can do irrepairable harm to their children. And it is clear you believe fathers disposable.
You are also aware it is normally mothers who kill their children. You just make a google search and you will find predominantly it is mothers who kill their own children. Did you ever stop to think why this is so? Vijayasree threatened many time to kill Aditya and herself. It is simply because of her mental illness. I am so scared that she will do it as she is not worried about the consequences. No mother will do what she had done so far, other than the exceptions I mentioned about. It is very urgent I should rescue Aditya from her. Publishing your letter will not help recover Aditya.
It is people like yourself who are responsible for such tragedies as you are so biased against fathers and men in general, you are blind to the crimes and injustices heaped upon men and children by women. Thank god such women are generally not in political power. Any mother who thinks men are not necessary also subscribe to the theory that only few man are needed in the world as each man produces millions of sperms, and so why have so many men? Just have a few prized bulls and milk them to procreate a number of children. Rest of the men are disposable. Technically a man can produce several million children anyway! Not that it will spell doom for the “man”kind!.
Please, again check my letter of compromise. If that is not sufficient, what else can satisfy any mother? God bless Aditya.

Our daughter’s father is a dovircee and an NRI. As per the court order child is in his custody, but ex.wife side family took his away while he was abroad and demanding the father to pay 15 Lakhs.
He was asked to comedown to India to take possession his daughter. But when went to India he came to know child was missing. He understood from the headmaster of daughters school that TC was taken stating that daughter is being sent to America or put in a bigger school.
Father in India was mentally tortured,harassed and emotionaly blackmaild for a month by hisex.wifes family and lawers. He had to return abroad empty handed.

Indian Government should revamp the laws pertaining to child custody, divorce, women protection as heavy misuse of such laws by Indian is evident through numerous cases in family court, high court and Supreme court. This is not in the best interest of a woman or man but in the welfare of the child.

Law, Courts, media – these things work differently in civilized world and similarity of name of institutions should not be regarded as similarity of functions.
India is a matriarchial society, though thin layer of patriarchy has been laid due to few centuries of Muslim rule but thats not enough to cover of thousands of years of matriarchy.
Matriarchy is not just about Woman head, its a different genre. In civilized world matriarchy exists among primitive tribals and in illegal brothels.
But in India its the soul of societal values. They sing “Jai Mata Di” (long live mother) but never say “Jai Pita Di” (long live father). In several states of India it is mandatory to mention mother’s name of the child being enrolled, but mentioning father’s name is optional (I am not talking about north-east India, but mainland like Rejasthan , UP etc.).
Court judgements too revolve around these values. Even if a forty year woman runs away with a twenty year boy, rape and abduction charges are pressed against the boy, and woman is considered a victim. This is supported by whole society and these values seem tp exist since the time of Ramayana.
Corruption like giving money and sex to powerful is socially approved though due to presence of Anglo Saxon law, this approval is always veiled.
So, if an entity calls itself state, gets a thick book calling it a Constitution, colors few metres of Cloth calling it National Flag and its Office bearers talking up fanciful titles like- Minister, Justice, Secretary, then don’t be misled by western notion of State, it is altogether different here. It may be doing all those things which a Mafia organization or an Illegal brothel may be doing in the Western world, but yet it is known as a State here, with full fledged membership of UN- unfortunately.

I am a US citizen with two minor daughters who were taken to India by my green card holder wife in Jan’2008. She filed for 498a in Feb so that I can’t go to India. Even though I have full custody of daughters, who are also US citizens, as per US court, the high court in India refused to issue habeas corpus. I think keeping Adi in mind, the parents should have been a little more understanding, I mean, if the mother is mentally ill, separating the child from her will cause more anxiety. Also both the families should have got together and supported each other, and helped Vijayashree come out of her mental state. I wish and pray that Adi is safe and will be back with his family soon.

I, father of Aditya Chandran, reviewed the comments of Shalini above. Unfortunately, the US court order her to bring the child back after a visit to India. She decided unilaterally to run away with the child.
I am in contact with Vijayasree’s parents. They are saying they have no idea about her whereabouts for the past two years. This is quite surprising to me.
Regarding the abuse of Aditya by me, it was investigated by the US courts over the period of several months and decided that Vijayaree is mentally ill and decided sole legal custody of Aditya to me. She was also found by the US court appointed psychologist to be mentally ill.
It is generally understood that in India all legal proceedings and police activities are confounded by bribe and other such problems. In the USA this is impossible. I got whatever rulings in USA by pure merit of the case. I do understand this would be unthinkable in India, and I had to constantly deal with this bias.
I want to ask few more questions to Shalini: Why is Vijayasree running? There are numerous draconian laws in India that are highly biased against fathers and husbands and their family, such as dowry law, domestic violence law, restraining orders etc etc. Why is that she is running?
Also, why she filed for custody of Aditya in Madras High Court and then absconded? Any court in India will be very happy to give her custody of Aditya any time.
Finally, why is she not coming to negotiating table, which I have asked for numerous times?
Anyways, people are making judgements without understanding this case in detail. All I can say now is that Aditya is in danger in the hands of a mentally ill mother, and must be rescued. Why he is totally removed from all civilization?
By the way, people like yourself who is supporting Vijayasree is causing grave danger to Aditya, as he is held hostage by a mentally ill mother.

I have gone through the arguments made by Ms.Shalini and Mr.VR Chandran.I totally support Aditya’s father…it is very obvious that if the mother wanted to fight a legal case against the father indian law would always be in her favour. But why this mother is constantly hiding? And why also the little boy is deprived from basic education? Does Shalini have any answer for this? If the mother( let us suppose that she is not mentally ill) is knowingly depriving her son from all the basic facilities and if she is not mentally ill then it is criminal to deprive the child from all the facilities. And if the mother is mentally ill then it is dangerous to keep that little boy with her,it will definitely have a negative influence on Aditya. So in any way the father is always having an upper hand to have the full custody of his son. Because whatever be the case we all would wish for a happy and normal life for Aditya. Let the EGO War do not ruin the little aditya ’s life.
I plead to Vijayashree to consider Aditya’s future and sit for a negotiation.
Also it is not believable that Vijayashree’s parents are having no clue about her hideouts.At least the elder people can come forward with a reasonable and feasible solution. I understand your pain and I wish very soon you will get opportunity to reunite with your son.But I have some suggestion for you hope it will be helpful as I gave few advices to my friends who had troubled marriage or other family issues , and they got benefited out of it.
First of all be positive that everything will be fine soon , on your site you have given a negative picture of your wife as you said she is mentally ill so she may do bad to herself and for the child in panic situation, seeing herself helpless and in fear of loosing her son,she may take wrong step, so I will advice you to put very less about your wife’s brutality or stories on site or with her family or her friends , just talk more about your son , try to bring confidence in her close associate that you have nothing against her and you will let her visit her son if she wants, this is good for your son also , your wife is scared of you it seems ,forgive her for certain things ,concentrate more on your son, it is good for the child to be in US as he will get better opportunity in US in future , as she is also a mother and welwisher for her son , if she will come to know about this , she may try to contact you I hope . Dr. Chandran your main priority should be to make your child safe first , I feel you both love your child dearly and do not want to loose him , but if your fight will result in a ego issue or if she is scared of loosing her child , god knows what she will do as you said she is mentally unstable , so keep your ego , your anger against your wife aside for some time , if anything happens to your son you both will be loosers. So tell her family and friend that you are not her enemy if she is sick assure them that you will get her treated . Mr Ravi. I Hope and Pray GOD that Aditya reaches the right home. My take:
1. Both of you are at fault here, you seem to be blaming your wife alone. Both of you are equally responsible for Aditya’s plight.
2. I myself being an outsider, could not see the boy crying in the videos, so as a father yourself..I cannot imagine how you were able to videotape him crying. These videos show that you were trying to prove something, so I doubt it when you say these were taken well before the boy was taken away and little had you known that this was going to happen. These videotapes strongly seem to have been made to make a point.
3. I tried to know if you were worried about your wife a least for a single moment (this will help understand her doings), i do not seem to get that impression. You had questioned…and worried “if it is safe for a 5 yr old boy to be moved around in the dark and shady areas” , have you ever thought leave alone worried for a single minute, if your wife was safe at all? anything could have happened to her.
4. I am not trying to blame you here Mr. Ravi. It was very hard for me to see the boy crying in the videos and my blood boiled seeing you video tape this rather than pacifying the kid and if I were you seriously for the sake of the kid atleast I would have tried to resolve all the issues ( i know you definitely would have tried)
5. Try to find the source of the issue, you are the best judge be honest to your self. Try to find the reasons, why your wife is doing what she is doing now, why your wife has the thought/feeling that she has developed.
6. I sympathize with both of you. I can understand your pain. I sympathize with your wife, for all the distress she is undergoing. Single lady with a kid moving around place to place hiding. I dont have to explicitly bring the fact about the safety of a lady roaming around indian streets in the dark.
7. I came to know that the poor lady was caught (I am happy that Aditya is rescued, but my heart goes out for the lady as to what she would have to face now). I am writing this in the hopes that this kind of problems would not resurface for Aditya. Please dont punish her, try to win her n her confidence back with your love. If I were you at this point, now that I know the boy is safe, I would drop all the legal cases on her and meet her personally talk to her. Give her some shoulder to cry upon all her fears and worries. That way there would not be any reason for Aditya in future to keep shuttling form you to her and vice versa.
8. All these days it was about finding Aditya, and you might think my post would deviate from the main agenda and hence I have not written anything. Now that the boy is safe, please think about the future. Your conscience will never let you be happy, if the poor lady is punished.
Please take this as a positive note. Blame game leaves you/one with nothing and gets u/one no where. My best wishes to you. My best wishes to the lady. My best wishes and love to Aditya.

I would like to thank everyone who responded to the plights of Aditya. I also thank Sree for his/her response. All I can tell Sree is that he is thinking that Vijayasree is a normal level headed person. She is not. Any conversation with mentally ill person will not lead to any definite picture, role or conclusions. I would be happy to give vijayasree’s phone number here, (Cell 99628 51276). I urge Sree to speak to Vijayasree. You will find out she is criminally insane. Please note that Indian Government pried the child forcefully from the hands of an “Indian mother” and handed the child over to “Indian father”. This is worse than a multiple life sentences for a “mother”. You need to think about why the Indian government did this. Please note that in India “a mother can do no wrong” is the policy and public sentiment. In spite of this government forcibly removed the child from the “indian mother”. Please find out the reason for this.
Aditya is now very safe and enjoying new found opportunities for his age, going steady school, and enjoying friends and family. I am very happy to be reunited with my beloved son. God Bless.
