Court appointed psychologist had declared Vijayasree Voora suffers from severe mental disorders. Her treatment of Aditya Chandran borders on Munchausen by proxy. Due to mental instability of Vijayasree Voora, the courts have given sole legal custody of Aditya Chandran to his father. All parental rights of Vijayasree Voora had been dismissed by New York Court and Madras High Court.
